The Global Health Council partnered with Medicines for Malaria Venture, Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics and the PATH Malaria Vaccine Initiative to present a congressional briefing on April 23, 2009 in honor of World Malaria Day. The briefing, New Tools in the Fight Against Malaria, discussed advances in malaria diagnostics, treatment, and vaccine development.
